It was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.Extremely happy with the care and precision taken with my car.i was treated with honesty and respect and felt like I was their most important customer.Very rare in today's world of business .I wanted to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to the whole staff .From moment I pulled my car up and was checked in to when I was picking up my car was greeted with smiles and everyone was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend the Island Auto Group for all your sales ,lease and service needs.

Chris Chavous at Island Subaru is the best. No pressure. Calm. He is unlike any other car salesman I've ever dealt with in my life. He's the primary reason I bought a new 2026 Forester from Island Subaru. He is a normal person which these days is the highest compliment I can offer. I wish him health and prosperity!

I had a really good experience albeit the unfortunate issue with my car. A few weeks ago, my 2019 forester had an engine failure upon ignition while visiting family on Staten Island. I had the car towed to Island Subaru as the accelerator pedal was not responsive and the engine could not hold at idle. I asked if they could take a look that afternoon (Friday) or the next day so I can figure out alternate options for getting home 3hrs away. By next day, I got a call around noon saying that the car is ready, and the cost was fully covered by the powertrain warranty! Turns out it was a TCV failure, which they replaced and everything went back to normal. I want to especially thank Besa G. (aka Wonder Woman) for staying in contact with me through this experience and even getting my father-in-law a Lyft to come and pick up the car. And want to also thank Ed L. for fixing the problem so quickly. I highly recommend Island Subaru Service Center!

Sebastian is great to work with. He is a good salesman and very patient. Yuri also is a great guy and they are both willing to work with you to get what you are looking for. Overall, it was a great experience to get a car through Island Subaru.

She was excellent from the beginning. There was no hard sell.she explained everything about the car. She allowed Us to leave to think about our decision. Told us if we had any other questions we should call her. You should have more salesman like her.she is an asset to your company.
