A few weeks ago, my car was serviced by Arthur (the owner). While the convenience was great, unfortunately, like most mechanics, Arthur ripped me off. Initially, he quoted me $219 for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid change, which seemed like a fair price. When he checked out my car, he told me I really didn't need the brake fluid, which I thought was honest. However, when it was time to pay him, he still charged me $219, an insane price for just an oil change and tire rotation. Afterwards, I called a few places for quotes on these two services--it should cost no more than $115-$150 for these two services. Women, especially, beware. Mechanics like this tend to always rip us off. It's really a shame, especially since he tried to convince me how honest he was in the beginning.

INCREDIBLE! Called in need of emergency oil change and was able to squeeze me in same day! Fast and awesome oil change price! Also, serviced a few other things on my Jeep as well! Amazing service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed to get a new battery installed & out of curiosity, I decided to call Arthur for a price. He was beyond reasonable & was here in an hour & finished the job quickly & efficiently. I then asked him if he did electrical work since my headlight had been out for over a year. I’ve been to three mechanics & they all said I needed to go to Nissan Service Center. Nissan said I needed an $800 part & it would be $300 to install it & they don’t guarantee it would even work. Well Arthur figured out in under a minute that it was a $13 socket that he installed for $20 the following day. Needless to say I have a new mechanic. Don’t hesitate to call him-he’s knowledgeable, honest, reliable & doesn’t overcharge you if you’re a woman like most places do.
