My annual inspection turned into a big job including new tires and brakes. Colin, my customer service rep, was able to get my car serviced that day for me. I live in Brooklyn and getting back to Staten Island would have been really difficult for me. I really appreciated the help and the queen was fine very well. Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Two hours + for an oil change, waiting room might as well be a jail cell and it’s kept at 100 degrees. Time for a makeover. You’ll never see me here again. Counter clerks rude, overheard one being very nasty to a customer next to me.
