Island Hyundai Service Center

Much better than I ever expected!!! I showed up at Island Hyundai without an appointment because I had a flat tire that could not be patched or repaired as there was hole on the inside back side wall and Hyundai Roadside assistance offered to tow me there, but since I live 4 blocks away I drove it there expecting to fight with service to fit me into their schedule. I was pleasantly surprised Stephanie took me right in as an emergency and assured me everything could be done in a few hours and it was!

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. It was super busy. My only complaint was it took 3 hours!! I believe it is always better to make the earliest appointment time of the day, but due to unforseen circumstances I had to make my appointment mid day! Car was returned washed and ready to go!

It was a great experience. My salesperson Hector Rivera was excellent at listening to my needs and delivered accordingly. I'm very happy with my new Elantra, and the deal as well. Thank you Hector 😊 🙏

The staff was courteous and helpful. The entire experience from booking the appointment until the service was complete was seamless
