TLDR; quick and honest shop, service may be a hit-or-miss, greatly loved and appreciated by locals. they're so busy that the # on the business awning is likely to never pick-up; just have to show up to shop. my reviews vary, some can be short, blunt, straight to the point- others can be overly detailed and extensive- just depends how much i connect with a space and the people; this is one of those reviews where i feel inclined and moved enough to write a story. a truck hit my left rear door (not at fault), and it left me without a vehicle. i was brought to isaac for help, never having gone to an autobody shop before. with my limited knowledge on vehicles, i panicked at what this estimate would be for the trucking company, what type of work would need to be done, and when i'd possibly get my car back. after talking with him directly, he reassured me and was honest of what needed to be done and how long it would take-- even gave me his personal cell! he is not money-hungry. i appreciate transparency and even if people argue that insurance handles everything, i wanted to know exactly what was being done to my car. **his mechanic network is VERY extensive, so i do agree with the one review that mentioned service can be a hit or miss for quality control, but after having a raw conversation with him; i was willing to take that risk** look for the asian older gentleman who speaks chinese, vietnamese, and english (likely wearing some sort of NYPD memorabilia or a neon green jacket topped with a hat) and has a big smile that you cannot miss! i have only heard about this shop through the grapevines; but what i noted being physically there was that every police car that drove by lowered their window to wave or honk their horn to say hello to isaac. customers were VERY excited to see him and talk about their car issues. this addressed any lingering angst as he seemed to me as 'the man of the people'.

Truly a professional magical crew Isaac has. Honest, thorough, reasonable with integrity. Highly recommend their services!

The service was quick and welcoming. We went in for a flat tire and we left with this repair and was only charged $20 for it. We were very grateful and it saved us a lot of money. We never saw a tire can be repired like that but the boss was saying that "it last for 30 years". But when leaving, we asked to lower the 45 psi to 35 psi, the boss was saying that it will recalibrate later. Two days later, we adjusted the psi back to 35, the psi started to go down to 26 the next morning. Went to a tire shop, was told to replace a new tire eventually.

Isaac was so friendly right off the bat and communicated everything super well!!!!! I couldnt believe how friendly he was. He spoke Chinese and English. We had a big dent in our car front bumper due to a jerk merging badly and he fixed it in a day. I dont think he's a mechanic, he just has magic powers cause our car looks just as beautiful as it used to!!! To be honest we want to come back and have all our car maintenance done by him now due to our positive experience!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 thank you Isaac!!!

One of the few honest mechanics out there. And they will take responsibility if they make a mistake. The only con is you have to go early because there is a line before he even opens. By noon, he has enough cars to work on and you may have to go another day. Which I’d say speaks to the number of people that trust their work.
