While my rims were being changed, he even offered me a couch to rest, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear and professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this place!

I called this place asking about Mercedes-Benz rims. I told the guy I only needed one rim and asked for pricing. He immediately said they only sell sets of four and that I’d have to come in for any prices or questions… then hung up. What’s crazy is, he didn’t even ask what style, size, or color I needed. I even told him I’m coming from Bridgeport, so their New York location isn’t exactly around the corner—but he clearly didn’t care. I tried calling back 2 more times… no answer. Hands down the worst phone service I’ve ever experienced.

Went here to get one of my new rims mounted and balanced that I bought online. Came here because I had went to another shop and they damaged my rim trying to put a tire on. The guy was fast was taking care of 3 cars and managed to take care of my need within 15 mins of waiting. With no damage at all. Definitely recommend doing business here.
