Came in 8 days ago to fix a screen on an iPhone 14... Gave it in, went back an hour later to pick it up walked 3 blocks to Brighton 1st and the phone shut off completely. Wwalked back to the store to fix the issue and they start telling that it's a reboot and it's suppose to do that when I can clearly see that the screen doesn't even fit on my iPhone. The screen literally didn't fit, the screen is sitting on top of the phone not inside the frame and it kept telling me that I'm putting a wrong password constantly and making me wait 15 minutes. Long story short the phone worked for 8days and then shut off completely again. Took it to another store and the dude asked me where did you get this it doesn't belong on an iPhone 14 it could also possibly be a different iPhone but screen that they just put on yours. Do what you want with this information but I'm out of a phone and 120$ for a screen. I also watched this girl service 4 people and tell everyone that their phones would be done in half an hour when she was clearly there by herself. So yeah I believe the guy when he says that they use cheap part.
