I can't begin to tell y'all how great Christiana and Michael O a dedicated to giving optimum customer satisfaction. Before I visited them, I had went to various other car lots trying to get a special deal done because my financial situation wasn't ideal. Needless to say, I ended up at iDeal Auto Sales of Staten Island because all else failed at other dealerships. I walked into iDeal as a last Hope effort and was immediately embraced by Christiana who diligently put me straight to the back to her manager Mike and I didn't have to do anything else after I explained my situation to them both. They were on it with great effort and seamlessly make the deal work and I couldn't believe it, but shortly after walking into their dealership, hydro wolf with a deal better than I was even hoping for with a vehicle that I like so much. It was like I brought a car from great friends of mine. That's how I think of them now. RS

This business is truly excellent experience! They aren't like any other car dealerships,From when my husband and I first walked in we were treated with the warmest but professional attitude. All of the staff was truly awesome from Owner, General Manager ,the financial staff, to the receptionist. My sale man Freddy he was awesome. He is truly excellent at his work. He doesn't pressure you into anything. Freddy ,the general manager as well as the owner worked their magic and made sure my husband and we're happy with completely satisfied with everything. For a long time I would settle for something practical and not what I really wanted, but this I found exactly what I wanted. It runs great and in very good condition, Freddy Bosco was the salesman who helped me. The reason I gave it two stars is I forgot the paperwork and called and asked them to mail me a copy, I was told it was mailed but one month later they never arrived, I don't have time to go to Staten Island and I'm very disappointed that they lied about mailing it because they would have been here by now. Make sure you get a copy before leaving and it's exactly what you agreed with
