I chose iDeal from the various choices from my insurance carrier due to the reviews. I have to say having now been a customer that I would choose them again. Karen was the agent helping me and her professionalism and prompt communications were very assuring, particularly as this was my first time. They estimate and work terms were clear and the final result was perfect. I had no complaints whatsoever. I do have to call out one more thing. I’ve been to plenty of auto shops and iDeal’s shop is clean, organized and clearly run by professionals who care. I stopped by unannounced while they were repairing my car and unlike many places the parts and items that were removed were laid out carefully and with care near the car. Can’t speak enough, they’re now “my guy” when I say I have a guy ;)

Geico purposely misled me to get me to go here as opposed to my usual mechanic. So I wasn't exactly primed to feel good about iDeal Auto Body. But they were fantastic. They did excellent work, were great communicators throughout the process, didn't try to upcharge me in any way, and were incredibly kind. This kind of integrity and high quality work has unfortunately become more rare than it should be. I highly recommend them.
