They handled the claim quickly, and the estimate was ready within one day. I dropped off my car for repairs and was told it would be ready in two weeks and they delivered exactly as promised. The customer service was excellent; the team kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and made everything go smoothly. The Service Manager, Ray Shang, was especially helpful and friendly. He made sure the car was repaired properly and handled any concerns right away, ensuring everything was fixed 100%. When I picked up the car, I was very impressed. They had washed the exterior and cleaned the interior, making my car look like brand new again. I highly recommend iDeal Auto Body for their professionalism and quality service.

Once again, I cannot thank this place enough. Ray, the manager, truly came through for me. I had a scratch on my car that I thought would require expensive repairs. After visiting countless auto body shops in Maspeth (VMA, NO Limit, WARNING DO NOT GO!), it felt like everyone was quick to give me a price without giving me an honest opinion. I needed someone I could trust. I remembered Ray and his crew because they had worked on one of my cars years ago after I was hit by a bus. Back then, Ray treated my car like it was his own, and this time was no different. When I brought my car in, Ray took one look and said, “You probably won’t need to do anything major.” Sure enough, he had one of his guys buff out the scratch, and the car looked brand new again. The most generous part was that Ray did not ask me for anything in return. He simply helped me and said something that truly stood out: “I want to gain your trust. If I’m honest with you, you become a loyal customer, and whenever you have problems with your car, you know where to go.” That meant so much to me that, of course, I insisted on paying them for their honesty and outstanding service. For me, it was never about the money. It was about finding someone I could trust and confide in when it comes to a car I truly care about. Ray and the amazing crew at Ideal not only earned my trust, but they also earned my help if they ever need something. I will absolutely be coming back whenever I need help with my car.

They are the best when it comes to customer service. They make sure that everything is taken care of that needs doing from insurance calls to making your car look as if it came out the factory. I was very pleased with the job they did on my car.

Had an unexpected accident while my car was parked where the incident occurred 2am. After receiving the police report and speaking with the representative, Eason up front, he was very kind and helpful with instructions for insurance and repairs. There were another two Eason’s who were very helpful in communicating for updates about the car and once received, felt brand new!
