Edit: I'm not really sure what happened, but the second time I came here, I had a different experience. The team told me they were going to help me order a part that should've taken 1-2 days to arrive. After a week, it still didn't arrive and I didn't hear anything back. I ended up going to another place, and they were able to secure it for me overnight. I felt that the communication this time around wasn't the best. I had to take my car here to get something fixed and I had a great overall experience. I really appreciate how Carmen kept me updated through every stage of the process. She was very quick on answering any questions I had. The sales manager, Gabriel, was also very helpful.
