One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any auto shop. I brought my 2022 Chevy Suburban in for a transmission cooling line issue, and from the start, the mechanic showed complete carelessness and arrogance. As you can see in the photos, my vehicle was not even properly positioned on the lift — it was sitting incorrectly and unsafely. I pointed this out and asked them to fix it, but the mechanic ignored me. Instead of addressing a legitimate safety concern, he loudly questioned why I was even in the work area, in a very disrespectful tone. Completely unprofessional. I chose not to escalate the situation out of respect, especially knowing he was fasting and it was around Eid, but that does not excuse poor behavior or unsafe work. The job itself was handled poorly. He seemed rushed because his shift was ending and clearly just wanted to leave. I even told him to take a break, eat, and come back to finish the job properly — he refused and instead showed attitude. To make things worse, when I asked how much transmission fluid he added, he first said 4 quarts, then later changed it to 3. This is unacceptable, especially for a vehicle like this that does not have a dipstick and requires proper measurement using diagnostic tools. That kind of inconsistency shows a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Overall: careless handling of my vehicle, unsafe practices, disrespectful attitude, and questionable work quality. The manager did nothing to resolve the situation either. I would not trust this shop with any vehicle, especially not a newer one.

We drove in from New Hampshire for a work conference. We are exhausted and have a 5 hour drive home. Pick up our car from parking spot and brakes aren’t working right. (Even though we just got an oil change and Jiffy Lube “checked the brakes”. Not sure how far we can safely drive and hope to find a shop nearby that’s decent figuring we will have to spend another night in the city. Drop it off here and they fix the brakes in 85 minutes! Reasonably priced! Super nice guys and very grateful to them. Gives a whole new meaning to “a New York minute” 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!!

The quality of work was excellent, using good parts, and the repair time was faster than I expected. Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise charges. Plus, they’re open 24/7, which is a huge plus in NYC. I’ve been taking my car to Hybrid Auto Tech for years now, and I trust them completely. If you want a mechanic who delivers reliability, honesty, and top-notch service, this is the place. 10/10! 🌟

Hybrid auto is my mechanic shop since 2012 until today I bring my car also my family cars here to fix better price compare to others fast service less waiting time they have more then 5 mechanics on duty 24/7 also fast inspection station on NYC also they have body paint shop all the car need in one stop including taxi meter shop

Definitely recommend - had a great experience getting a nys inspection and oil change - on a Sun morning when most places are closed. Friendly and fast service at a reasonable price - conveniently located. my toddler son had fun watching and we were on our way in no time!
