I would give zero atars if I could. I went to this shop looking to have some body work done on my car. I had seen his shop and had seen his work at car shows and figured I'd try. I got there, I don't know if it was the owner or worker but he answers the door with a pail of trash and says talk to me as he walks away to the dumpster. I start following and talking to which he proceeded to tell me he is deaf, speak louder. I don't know maybe don't have a conversation on Amboy road with cars going by and you not talking face to face. Mind you all this with a really nasty attitude. He starts rattling off what do I want done, which I had no idea what he was talking about, if I knew I wouldnt be there and I would do it myself. I just walked away told him there is no reason to be so nasty. I refuse to give my money or business to someone like this. I own a business, I would never speak to a customers like that or anyone for that matter. I guess you doesn't need the business. I get it, you're busy. Tell me hang on a minute dump your trash and say let's go inside and talk or tell me now is not a good time, come back or call may have been a little more professional.
