Making an appointment is useless because entry is based on a first-come, first-served basis. I recommend going at 8 AM. I had a 9 AM appointment, but I didn't get everything done until 11:30 AM (I was getting an oil change). The service technicians were very friendly and helpful, but the waiting area is very small, and when it's crowded, there aren't even enough chairs for everyone to sit down; you have to stand.

Hello. I do not recommend going to this place. I went in April 2026. They have a sign stating that they charge $165 per hour for labor. They spent barely two hours working on my car and charged me $849.25. It is an absolute rip-off. DO NOT GO!!! They couldn't even justify the cost themselves.

Whack services, had my father wait 3 hours to give him the same rate they gave him last time when they had given a better offer to him just two weeks prior. No respect for elders, horrible customer service and just everybody in there look like they part of ice age (Sid specifically). Never coming back.

Took my car in to get a state inspection . I was advised AGAINST going to the Dealer, but because of the resolution of my persistent - start issue- that was resolved at this dealership, I decided to return. I Met Mr. Steve Harris- this gentleman was at the front desk and was very professional. I went to the side of the building- where the vehicles exit- I was very impressed with the layout—well lit , clean, ventilated and organized. This is a well choreographed operation! I engaged with Ronnie and Mr. Fleming , both courteous and professional individuals. This location has great staff and is very professional and efficient!!!

They can be better when trying to sell services, I understand everyone needs to eat, but recommending something not needed on a practically new vehicle is not acceptable, I really like this place because they seem professional, but please don’t be mad because you tried to take out a nail on a tire that wasn’t leaking air just to sell me a brand new tire, communication with customers is key before even touching anything on the vehicle, thank you
