Went in very good customer help the mechanic told me what was going on in my car and showed me what he replaced my spark plugs went bad and my ignition coils and they changed my cabin and air filter. Very honest and hardworking people Very recommend to come over here and will be back every time I need something done for my car thank you hi tek for the great work

Ali and his team are A+. Go here with confidence. My radiator cracked on the highway, in a part of Queens I wasn't familiar with. I pulled over and happened to call Hi-Tek. Ali showed up right away, even though he was already busy. He put me at ease and we got my car back to his shop, where he fixed it quickly and for a great price. He turned an extremely unpleasant and alarming situation into one where I left relieved and feeling grateful. Thank you!

Just excellent⭐️! I would give them 10000 stars. I brought my Jeep due to antifreeze leaking n overheating . Other shops could not figure out. It took less than an hour for them to find the reason.
