I stopped by today to have my dash cam installed, and once again, the experience was excellent. The staff is incredibly attentive and always go above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable, which makes it even better. This was my third time coming here for vehicle service, and they’ve been consistently great every single time. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely keep recommending them to others. A big round of applause 👏🏾 to the entire team!

Wanted an estimate for a new rear bumper and the guy told me it’s going to cost $100 to give just an estimate. I laughed and walked away. No wonder this place has a 3.7 stars. I then went to A1 auto body who looked at my bumper and charged me a fourth of the price. Just avoid this spot….

The people here are really kind and honest. They always offer coffee and take the time to explain everything so you can decide what’s best for your car. They’ve handled my tires, brakes, and oil changes, and the turnaround time is always reasonable. Prices are fair, and they’re very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

I would avoid this shop at all costs. Their mechanics are not competent—they lack even basic knowledge to fix simple issues. I went in for a door handle replacement, suspecting a loose wire (later confirmed at another shop). The owner quoted me $100 and told me to bring the parts, so I ordered everything ahead of time. I also specifically told him the screw to remove the handle was stripped. He said he'd need to remove the door panel. After pulling my car in and waiting 20 minutes, he assigned a tech to look at it. The tech immediately told the owner the job was impossible because of the stripped screw—exactly what I had pointed out beforehand. At that point, the owner told me he couldn't do the job. They wasted my time, didn't listen to my input, and couldn't even perform a simple repair—even after I brought my own parts. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Try A1 Body Shop on Coney Island—their techs actually have the knowledge and skill to fix things properly.

Absurd experience. I called five minutes before driving in to ask how much the brakes would cost and was quoted one price. When I arrived, I was charged $45 more. The explanation? The owner claimed he “didn’t hear the description of the car correctly.” I respect honest mechanics, but I don’t appreciate being misled. On top of that, he kept talking over me and my partner and wouldn’t take the time to actually listen to us. It felt dismissive and extremely disrespectful.
