Really lovely owners, got the inspection done lickety split while having a nice conversation

I dropped by here today to get my emissions inspection done and was really impressed by the beautifully maintained workshop. Spent 15 minutes or so talking about the merits of stick shifts and the value of maintaining older cars with Beverly while Henry took care of the inspection. Thrilled to have found my new neighborhood shop!

Had 2 inspections performed at this location and the owners were amazing.

I mistakenly drove to this shop because I read the store number wrong and was greeted by a rude older lady. I explained to her that I got the wrong address and that I was leaving. She decided to bang on my window and tell me that I have to leave right this second which I was already doing. She proceeded to yell outside my window about how other shop customers need to stop parking by her shop amongst other things (it really seems like she had an issue with neighboring shops and decided to take her anger out on me). I also do believe that she went to these extreme measures because of how I look but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and say she probably was having a bad day. With this being my first interaction with this shop, I would never spend my money here. The unwarranted disrespect over a mistake was just too much. They definitely need to work on treating people better even if they are not their customers.

Mr. & Mrs. Henry are amazing, they assisted me on fixing my mom’s car. Very professional and s great conversation. Definitely recommend this place.
