Took my car to Hempstead Discount Tire for wheel alignment and wheel balance. The manager Ernie greeted me and quicky got my car into the service bay. He asked about my driving style- so he can perform the alighment that suits me best. There is a nice waiting area with seating and TV. Everything was done in about an hour and 1/2. I was very pleased with the service I received and the fair pricing. I would recommend if you are in need of tire service.

Great guy. Went in there for warrenty claim. Made me buy a new tire and said will refund once the Continental sends him refund. Its been over a year since I did warrenty claim and still havent received my money. Avoid this place for warrenty claims. The guy is great at doing business. Sells a tire and doesnt sends refund money.

This morning, I took my two cars to get their tires changed. The service was super fast. But after I got home, I realized one of the tires was the wrong one (it was actually my mistake when I told them the specs). I called the boss just to give it a try, and he immediately said, “Come right back, we’ll swap it for you right away.” The boss is really great—highly recommend this place!
