Took my car for oil change on April 4 and I end up with a bill of $695 With all these extra charges of filter change and oil leaking ( 19k miles on the car only) total ripped off, please be aware and ask for every single cost regardless weather it is recall of cover by the dealer In response to your reply you truly need to do the basic maintenance that needed to the vehicle without all these extra unnecessary repairs that the client has to pay ten times what expected for it !!! Simply it’s not fare nor right

I brought my car in for service and had Taylor as my tech. He is an incredible asset in their facility and I was so happy that he is the one that worked on my vehicle. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and about Nissan policies and procedures. His demeanor is kind and friendly. He explains everything in an approachable manner that you can understand. My vehicle came back to me as I expected in the condition I expected. Everyone there was very friendly and professional.

Hewett is the most professional and helpful service tech I’ve ever worked with. He is great. Explains everything and doesn’t charge you for things you don’t need. He has my absolute trust.

Koeppel Nissan offered a fantastic deal on replacement brake rotors and pads, so I took them up on it - I was driving in from Westchester and wanted to make sure everything was ready to go, they confirmed that the parts were in, and that it would take roughly 2.5 hours - Things went very smoothly from the moment I got there, Christian in the office got the order moving quickly and I was in and out within the promised 2.5 hours which was great. There was also zero sales pressure "encouraging" me to get additional services - the car came back with a diagnostic report that basically said everything looked good, which was a pleasant surprise since my local Mavis was pushing me to get much more work done. This was a great initial experience, and I'd definitely go back for future service. Nice to know I can get this kind of service, at this price, from a dealer!
