I’ve noticed for a long time that many reviews mention poor treatment from the dispatcher, yet nothing seems to change. In my experience, the customer service here has been consistently unprofessional. It really gives the impression that management isn’t prioritizing customer satisfaction. 0 out of 5 stars.

The dispatcher was extremely rude to my mother when she called for service. No patience, no respect, and very unprofessional. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear this behavior is a pattern. We won’t be using this company again.

I had a terrible experience with this taxi company. When I called for service September 10th Wednesday at 7pm the lady who answered immediately put me on hold and left me waiting for a very long time without checking back. When I called again, she answered with an attitude. I asked politely, “Can you hear me?” and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and frustrating, I won’t be using this company again. Please hire someone that doesn’t treat your customers like they are bothersome over the phone, someone with actual customer service.

The girl on the phone is so rude she talked on speaker or something so you can’t hear her and then she has an attitude when she didn’t hear an address. She also likes to slam the phone. Oh and the driver? Refused to help an elderly gentleman with a foldable walker. Awful.

Lady on the phone was rude and impatient, but driver was okay. Definitely charged a couple of dollars more than necessary. Car was clean, driver was nice enough. Called again, lady on the phone was rushing and rude and got my address wrong. No cab ended up showing up so I missed my train. Overall, decent cab service but not reliable. The lady who answers the phone is not friendly and far too focused on getting off the phone with you than getting your information right. I'd use this service for a last minute or causal thing but not for something important or urgent. It's just not reliable.
