Originally I just went in for a wheel alignment but this shop was so attentive they suggested I also get my damaged repaired there. Not only was I greatly satisfied with the work done but they had excellent customer service, car was repaired on time, whatever extra things they said they would do they actually did (replaced license plate bracket which was rested allowing lights to fall out and install new tire rods) they even went above and beyond to replace undershroud plastic and front engine splash shield which without me even asking. Never in my 25 years of owning cars have I come across a shop which handled me in such a fashion. They've gained my loyalty for life and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had my car fixed there twice after an accident and Junior was very helpful and professional as I navigated through insurance and everything. My car came back with new parts, lights and the works, in less than 10 days!!!. This place is 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

horrible management, super unprofessional and rude. The mechanics are great, the “boss” isn’t. Customer service isn’t his best quality, but he can watch weird videos on YouTube all day.

Very unreasonable. They agreed to do all repairs on my vehicle after a buyback from the insurance company and when I picked up my vehicle, the windshield was not replaced. When I came to pay my bill with a check, they're telling me that they don't accept checks when there's no such sign posted. Asked how do they get paid from the insurance company and they're like that's different. Asked how this was different when I'm paying with a business check?. I was told that because the insurance checks only take a day to clear. I was forced to go to the bank to withdraw cash which I was uncomfortable doing. Also, work was not done professionally.

Let me make myself clear when I say this is one of the best interactions I've had with ANY business in many years. The conversations with the owners and staff were very pleasant. Everything I asked for and needed was taken care of. The communication was high every step of the way with frequent updates. My car was ready faster than expected. I also need to put extra emphasis on the fact that this was absolute QUALITY work. As long as this high caliber shop is around this will be the ONLY place I go to before I dare look elsewhere. That's how happy I am with the level of customer service, Quality of work and attention to detail I received. I will recommend this shop every single time to family and friends.
