I had a great experience at guaranteed alarms. Vadim was an amazing, pleasant professional who did his utmost to help resolve the issue with my car. His technician Andrey was knowledgeable, efficient and trying his best to find the problems with my car. Sometimes it is very unpleasant to visit mechanics who are either not knowing what they are doing or try to rip you off. Nothing happened here. Just high professionalism, trying to address the problem and being extremely fair. If you have any electronic issue with your car, this is the place to go. Highly recommended. I recently had a dash camera installed in my new 2026 Mercedes GLE 350 by Guaranteed Alarm & Glass, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I like to thank Esther for making a time in her very busy shop to do a “last minute” CarPlay and video cameras installation on my motorcycle yesterday 🙏 . Max and Andrew are excellent technicians and did outstanding electrical work making sure that all the components were installed properly and working correctly before I left the store.

I just got an Igla immobilizer put into my car to deter against all the key fob relay attacks. I was an old customer of theirs. Haven’t been there in the last 10 years. Came back to them. Glad I did. They are very professional and the install was smooth. Vadim and Peter are gentleman. Esther the owner is great. I will be coming back for all my work going forward. I drive a 2022 macan gts if anyone is interested in getting the Igla. It’s compatible with the car.

Went here because I saw some other reviews about the IGLA system and as saiid previously these guys are wonderful. The software for my car didn't exist but they managed to still get it working which was an incredible feat on their end. I highly recommend them for any type of security installation you may need!
