GTM Auto Repair

I hate bringing my vehicle to the dealer to get work done, and it’s hard to find shops that will work on my MINI (and have it be quality work). I’m so glad to have found Matteo and his team at GTM. I first went in to get my oil changed and to feel out the shop. They did it quickly and were competent. I recently brought my car back in for brakes and compounding. Matteo did an amazing job Mini looks brand new 😍 you can tell he’s passionate about what he does and really wants to help. Their prices are also extremely reasonable and the shop has long hours making it convenient to drop off and pickup your vehicle on a work day. I have work that BMW did that needs to be fixed and I have no doubt Matteo will do a great job. Highly recommend

GTM Auto is hands down the best shop around. Matteo runs an honest, professional business, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. Blaze is a knowledgeable and helpful mechanic who always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car. Their prices are fair, and they keep me informed every step of the way so I always understand what I’m paying for and why. No surprises, just great service and great people. I highly recommend GTM Auto!

All the good reviews you read about GTM are true. I found Mateo after reading online that they did battery replacements on hybrids and my car's battery had just died. I call the day before to make sure they have time to be able to do it. Mateo quotes me a rate for the job. It seems slightly high but the great reviews I've read about him convince me to go anyways and I'm glad I did. The next day when I pull up, he comes out to me and says, unprompted, "Hey, i'm gonna charge you a fraction of the rate I gave you yesterday. I thought on the phone you wanted a full replacement, but for this job it won't cost nearly that much". Mateo is welcoming and warm and shows a lot of care in his work. You can tell he actually takes pride in his business and in helping others and I'll def be coming back to him for anything else I need and have already recommended him to my friend who also lives in NY. Don't really write reviews ever but a business like GTM (in an industry like car repair) deserves to be highlighted.

Matteo is the only mechanic I will go to from now on. Honest, friendly, trustworthy. Not looking to make a quick buck, but actually trying to help his customers. Go to him with anything and he will point you in the right direction!

They always figure out what’s wrong with my car, even when other shops couldn’t. Really appreciate that, as a woman, they don't try to scam me or assume I don’t know anything about cars. They take the time to answer all my questions and show me exactly what’s going on. Honest and trustworthy.
