Excellent place to have collision / body work and painting services performed. Their shop is clean and professional. From years of driving in snow and salt, our SUV had rust along the bottom of doors and rockers, and the paint was faded. The truck ran great and was reliable, but looked pretty old. Grey’s repaired the rust damaged and repainted and polished the entire truck. Now our SUV looks brand new, and has a deep, glossy finish. Thank you Grey’s!!

Went to Grey's auto to get take the NY Carco photos for my insurance. The employee there was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me to keep the vehicle running then proceeded to take the photos. He then told me I had to wait for some response from the insurance carrier. I had no problem with waiting. I then explained to him I wanted to quickly run and get gas for my vehicle in the meantime because it was drastically low while we waited for the response. He then rudely and with out merit called me crazy. I asked him why I was crazy and told him he was unprofessional for making such a remark. He then began to use expletives telling me to get the "F" out. I didn't understand why or where this was coming from. This was unwarranted behavior and will not be tolerated. I will never go back and I will make sure to file a complaint with the better business bureau today.

They did a paint correction work on my Range Rover. Came out great. Only reason for it not being 5 Stars it’s that they aren’t open on the weekends which means if you work during the week it makes it a bit hard to find the time to go drop your car or pick it up.

Went here for an inspection and from the initial interaction the owner was rude. He got upset, shouted and cursed when I tried to read the document before signing he said: "sign the damn document you don't need to read anything". Very unprofessional.

Went in for a simple insurance inspection earlier this year. Turns out this man put in the wrong information. After coming in to ask him about the situation he processed to be rude and really unprofessional. Honestly if he just apologized and fix the mistake I would of been understanding. Hey we're all human. Except this demon straight from hell.
