Terrible experience as a woman. Came to get my inspection done and I was failed over something that should’ve not failed me. Went to a different mechanic right after and they told me these people pulled one over on me because I could’ve passed but they just wanted to get more money out of me by fixing the issue then and there. The other mechanic passed me right away no issues. Stay away from here! EDIT after response from business: Let’s not lie. I was definitely not given any courtesy of not being charged which is fine but don’t lie. He still made me pay as you can see below on receipt. Insisted I payed with cash probably for this exact reason. BS money hungry mechanics who saw a slight issue and wanted me to fix it with them and I didn’t want to so they failed me. Other mechanics have verified that this issue should not have failed my vehicle.

I am very happy with the work done by Greenpoint auto. With a '98 Corolla, people may not always take you seriously. Dealership staff audibly scoffed when I drove my (then 15 year old) car onto the lot. Greenpoint Auto are very down to earth. William and Billy listened to my concerns, accurately diagnosed the problems and fixed everything at a fair price. They are professional, they actually listen to the customers and their work is top quality in every way. It's not easy to find a trustworthy mechanic. Greenpoint Auto's staff are reliable, experienced, customer-oriented and just plain good mechanics and good people.

I brought my Kia Sorento suv at Greenpoint Auto, they did amazing job to fix our damaged two doors at passenger sides. They did it at limited time at thanksgiving, and they did for a reasonable price. Thanks a lot William and his outstanding crew.

Got my car’s engine replaced here. The crew was super diligent and did a flawless job. Really happy with the service and highly recommend.

Have been going to Will for years. He's a great guy who's fair and honest. He'll tell you what's wrong with your car and what's the cheapest most efficient way to fix your problem. Honest mechanics are rare and he's one of them.
