My wife slid off snake hill Thanksgiving Eve and blew out two tires! Found Ali on Google and within minutes he arranged a tow to his shop. I was at his mercy. Tell me what mechanic travels to Brooklyn to go get two tires on Thanksgiving Eve? AMAZING! The very next day everything was all done and we were up and running. Two new tires balanced installed checked for damage found none on car. $485 out the door. Rare to find honest mechanics like this nowadays! Thank you Ali:) oh and I met his dad at the shop as well. Very warm people eager to help you! I Highly recommend them!

All I can say is, i've been to many mechanics, and I have never experienced service like this. Both Ali and Mike, were amazing. As a female going to mechanic, shops can be tricky.Because they see a woman who doesn't know much about cars, and they take advantage. These guys not only fixed my headlights that were not working on me, but they went above and beyond and rewired the mess that the last mechanic made on my electrical in my car. Then my brakes went a few days after and again they got me right in and the service was quick and their prices are AMAZING! they gave my car a full check-up. Let me know what is gonna need to be done in the future. What needs to be done right away. They are thorough, and I never seen mechanics takes such pride in what they're doing. After many horrible experiences in the past and being ripped off and overcharged from other mechanic shops, Ali and Mike restored my faith in mechanics. I highly recommend them. They are by far the best experience i've had ever!

Had a great experience at great kills motor works Ali & Mike were recommended by my co worker and I’m glad he did . Had some issues with a new used car I recently got and they took care of it, honest , nice all around great service. Thanks guys

If you need a reliable, honest, and good price mechanic in Staten Island which is hard to find nowadays, look no where other than Great Kills motor works. I am so grateful to have met Ali and Mike they truly are the best and very kind and welcoming and give you a very fair price and honest about your cars issues , had a problem with my tail light motherboard completely melted , they took the time to diagnose and fix the problem since the last mechanic that worked on my car messed up my wires so badly. No job too big or too small they will get it done for you and I felt so much relief because they were able to fix a problem I couldn't fix for months until I found the right mechanic that was honest with me. Grateful to have found them, they truly are the best mechanics around, kind hearted hard working father and son family owned company. Thank you guys for all you have done for us.

Al was my savior! My car recently went off the rails during this bitter cold front on a Saturday. Quickly learned shops are fully closed or close early on a Saturday. I don’t live on the island but frequently visit Mom. Just started dialing numbers from an online search. My last attempt was Great Kills Motor Works. Al answered and did not hesitate to say bring the car over, I’m here. Thank god. Al was thorough, fully transparent, accommodating, and personable. He diagnosed quickly. On top of this, he was relentless about sourcing parts and doing the work on a Sunday, yes Sunday, knowing my schedule predicament. Thanks again, Al! Car is running great!!
