I scheduled a ride several days in advance for this morning. However, the office called at the last minute to confirm if I still needed the ride. I was unable to answer at that moment, and when I returned the call, the representative complained about me not picking up. I explained that I had been very busy and that the confirmation should have been made the day before. The caller then hung up on me. I had to call back to check on my ride, which ended up being 20 minutes late. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

I recommended this car service to my daughter because the price was better than other services, and she is a college student. FIFTEEN minutes before they were scheduled to pick her up to go to the airport, a woman called and said they were not coming! Totally inexcusable when someone is trying to catch a flight and is counting on you to deliver them! The person who notified her that the reservation she made online was not being honored was also rude and not at all apologetic that they “didn’t have any cars”, telling her to just “find another ride.” Do not use this car service unless you like a little excitement around whether or not you will catch your plane.

Good Luck Car Service is my "go to" and normally/usually it is a reliable car service. Vehicles to make reservations include through their website, their app or good old fashion phone calling. Unfortunately, their server is not always operational, but when it is, it is great! Try not to make your reservations at night. Two separate times the rep that takes calls in the evening forgot to enter my reservation; caused me to be delayed once by an hour! Otherwise, the dispatchers are very business-like and professional. The morning dispatcher is wonderful! Don't mistake their brief responses for rudeness. They are straight forward and to the point. They won't waste your time!

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I have used Good Luck Car Services several times this week and in the past (to and from the airport). I was able to easily reserve a car through the website and the drivers always arrived on time. Great communication with the dispatcher/drivers and reasonably priced!
