⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️IF YOU WERE SENT TO PICK UP YOUR TOWED CAR HERE (they go by Brooklyn Express Towing Inc.) KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. Towing companies are legally obligated to accept credit cards. They tried to tell me cash only and their machines are down. This is completely illegal. Call 311. Towing companies have legal limits to what they can charge you. They tried to charge me $350 cash for my towed sedan, and then offered $280 when I complained. Legally they can't charge more than $150 for vehicles 10,000lbs or less. They can't charge more than $4 per mile for distance. They can't charge more than $25 / day for the first three days of storage, or $27 / day for fourth day of storage and after. Call 311. Towing companies are also required to provide their DCWP License numbers. I filed a complaint with DCWP, 311, and contacted my local police precinct. I was told by the police precinct to call 911 if they do not give me my car tomorrow. Know your rights.

Happened to pass by with a flat bicycle tire. The friendly staff of the roadside service truck tried to pump the tire despite a damaged valve. Thank you very much

Leaving work I noticed rear tire lost air, felt around and found a sheet metal screw in it. Glenwood Tire Shop is on my way home. I have been going there for quite some time. The gentleman who helped me was a nice chap. Found the screw plugged the tire and checked and filled the other tires he was done in less than fifteen minutes. $10.00 for the plug and $5.00 for him and I was on my way.

Simply amazing. This is the only tire shop I've been to and stuck with with them for the last 5 years. I literally will drive out of the way to come here because of their professionalism and kindness.
