This is a review that is LONG OVERDUE*** First of all, what won't i fix here? I highly recommend this mechanic shop for all your needs. This is a mechanic shop sent from heaven literally! From my car getting into a 3 car collision while being parked, to my bumper being re-hit again while parked (again). To fixing alot more things, check engine lights, changing my sensors, suspension issues, giving me advise/ sharing options that are with reasonable prices with pieces that will last. They guide you through the whole way with any claims as well. Being fair for both parties and even putting the customer first. They work hard and thats why they have alot of customers. They provide Quality work over gathering large quantity of work for profit. They live there job and are very dedicated. From after-hour messages to calm my worries making sure i feel comfortable to drive, to early morning phone calls with any of my concerns. I will continue to use this mechanic family for all of my mechanical needs. Juan Carlos, his daughter and the whole team are doing an exceptional job!! God bless them!! TODAY I had a great experience with this mechanic shop. I came in for service and they immediately provided me with a clear and fair price. There were no surprises and everything was explained upfront in a simple and honest way. They completed all the work I needed exactly as requested, efficiently and without any unnecessary delays or complications. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate their straightforward communication and reliable work. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and competent automotive service.Is no kind of car they Can't do it. BMW or Cadillac, Hyundai or Toyota is not matter. I highly recommend this people.

Crooked owners and they overcharge you for their services in which are not properly repaired. They say they changed a part in your vehicle and when you take it to another mechanic they prove that it was never repaired or replaced. Don’t get your car serviced by them. Also don’t take it there to get an inspection, they try and take the computer and charge it to another vehicle.

Beware of This Mechanic Shop – Dishonest and Unreliable Service I visited this mechanic shop last week because my car wouldn’t start and the battery kept dying. One of the technicians—possibly John or his partner—diagnosed the issue and told me the alternator needed to be replaced. I specifically asked for a brand-new alternator with a warranty, and he agreed. I also asked if the battery was okay, and he assured me it was fine and that the alternator was the only problem. Trusting their judgment, I left my car with them for a few hours. They claimed to have installed a new alternator and charged me $400. The very next day, my car wouldn’t start again unless I gave it a jump, and the issue kept happening every time I turned it off. I returned to the shop, and this time a different person—possibly the owner—checked the car and told me the battery was faulty and needed to be replaced for another $150. I explained that his partner had already told me the battery was fine and had just replaced the alternator. His response? “If you want the battery fixed, you’ll have to pay.” This isn’t about the money—it’s about honesty. How can I trust that the alternator even needed replacing in the first place? Was I misdiagnosed and charged for a part that wasn’t the real issue? I feel scammed and misled. Unfortunately, I’m not the only one. I’ve since heard from others in the neighborhood who’ve had similar experiences with this shop. They seem more focused on draining your wallet than fixing your car properly. Their lack of professionalism and conflicting diagnoses caused me unnecessary stress and expense—and potentially more damage to my vehicle. I will never return, and I plan to file a formal complaint. Please stay away from this place. It’s not just bad service—it’s dishonest and harmful.

I have been a customer of John's for 17 years and counting. We met when my car shut off across the street from his Cooper Ave location, which is now a BP gas station. I was not alone when the car shut off. My 3 month old granddaughter and her mom where with me. It was a very cold Winter day. I walked over to the station and he drove me back to my car and took us all to his shop. He checked the car, confirmed the issue and took the time to educate me as well in layman's terms. The price was fair and his team completed the work with care and professionalism. I have since moved out of state and still travel back to have his team service my vehicle. I recommend this business to anyone that is having issues with their vehicle. I would give it 10 stars 🌟 if I could!!!
