Do not go to this place. I went for an inspection and they tell me I pass and then ask me if I would like new filters so I said yes I might as well. So they say come back in an hour. I come back and they tell me my inspection failed. Basically they schemed me out of $130 for an inspection and filters. Then they say has this car been sitting. I said no I drive it back and fourth to work everyday. She's says yea it's because you don't drive it completely ignoring what I said.

PLEASE AVOID TIHS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They used to be good mechanics but now this place is garbage. Short backstory: I had a car it had an issue and so i brought it to them because they were my go to mechanics they never failed me on me or my fams other vehicles. I brought it in with one problem and 4 more arose from that car after that. But it was an older car so I was thinking maybe its that. Then the same thing happened to my aunts car and her car wasn't old!!! but she didn't tell me about it. So then I brought in my brand new car with only 25k miles on it to them for brake change. Complete trashhhhh!!! The breaks screech with just the slightest tap of the brake thought it was because they were knew... well that was a year ago and its still screeching. only giving this trash a star because I have to rate something. PLEASE DON'T BRING UR CAR HERE THEY'LL RUIN IT

Went here for a A/C service for my car. My friend gets a service for his car since it’s blowing hot air. I then get serviced as well since we are having the same issue. On the first day we were both helped by Pete. He tells me that I need to service my cooling system. Pete then tells us the price point of $220 for this. I’m like sure, no problem as long as the problem is done and I’m saving time. The next day the A/C runs back to the how it was running before, blowing hot air and not cold anymore. I stop by and Adrienne. I tell her that I stop by yesterday and had my car serviced. I told her I’ll stop by the next day. Next day comes, I leave my car. I fill out the service sheet, tell her what happen and what’s going on. I leave my car there for the rest of the day. She says she will call me. I tell her please let me know what is going on my car as I already spent $220 for servicing my ac unit and the services you guys provided didn’t hold standard. I made a joke stating “ when you see Mercedes-benz, you see money, so don’t hit me over the head.” She laughs and says I don’t like that stigma mechanics have and for us we want to take care of you. I’m like I don’t mind paying the price as long as it is in reasonable payment and it saves me time. Later that day, she tells me that they did an leakage Test to see where the leakage is coming from. She tells me over the phone that I’m going to need a new part plus labor. She tells me that I’m going to need to pay for the test. The total she mentions is around $700. I tell her what about the discount since I already paid $220. She said “sorry baby, the best I can do is minus $60.” I’m like this is outrages since I already spent $220 on nothing. I tell her I understand you have overhead. She goes off saying that they were supposed to do a leakage test to see if the system is good before servicing. I tell here neither Pete or you told me this until now. She said when you get here you will be charged for what we did. I said there’s no way I’m paying for this since I already paid you $220. The next day I pick up my car. Please, don’t come here at all. There’s a lot of miscommunication, flawed customer service, and the quality of services is flawed. Overall I could have saved time and money if they were more transparent in the beginning.

I went there as a result of a jump start. Drove car there. They made me sign an aggreement w/ no diagnostic rate . Verbally quoted 120 total dollars. Worked on it for 2 hrs. Gave me an improper diagnosis of unrelated services, not knowing what’s wrong. Asked for 2k for repairs. And then forced me to pay 240 labor, and help my keys and car hostage if I didn’t pay. I called the cops, they didn’t arrive on time. They threatened to close the shop on my vehicle with my belongings inside if I didn’t pay what they quoted me; forcing me to pay to get my car keys back from them! Then when I asked for paperwork I signed after threats to report them, They fraudulized the original document I signed, adding their rate & charges. They also threatened to hurt me should I come into their office to retrieve my keys making a worker stand at the door. ThIEVES and BULLIES. DONT BRiNG YOUR CAR THERE!!!! This is the second time they misdiagnose the car. Previously they misdiagnosis and I took it somewhere else and it was a totally different issue, by another mechanic and it was properly fixed. They are not honest nor reputable and I would avoid bringing your vehicle there ! !

I got few things done there most of it it was good Except alignment which was done not in their shop but they told me to take the car to their satellite office not far from Glendale near cypress cemetery What I would suggest to anybody is to ask the mechanic to do inspection from turning on the engine through steering any noises shifting of a transmission because that can be done in a few minutes just by pulling into and out the station and whatever they do they should do a test drive this is about safety and preventive maintenance They should give options you need this now but you will need this soon etc Soon I will be going there for struts front and back they did not mention that but wear on my tires it was showing that something is going bad Or control arm bushing going bad They do what you tell them most of the time I have to admit that they did fix leak from the area of power steering which caused my alternator to be damaged Overall I am satisfied
