I brought my New Mercedes in today and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding, and the owners were attentive and engaging throughout my visit. I also appreciated the significant cost savings compared to dealership Service B pricing for the same service. Highly recommended.

Took my C300 here today for a Mercedes-Benz B1 service, and had a terrific experience. They did a high quality job at a price about 40 percent below what my dealership, MB of Manhattan, quoted me. They knocked out the entire service—oil change (w top-tier, German oil), all fluids, air filters, diagnostics; etc—in about 90 minutes. There’s a nice restaurant across the street we had brunch in while waiting. They also pushed out a little ding in the back of my car without a charge. The team here is super friendly, transparent, and good people. If you drive a German vehicle and want dealership-quality work without the markup, I highly recommend them.

Wow! What can I say? I recently purchased a 1996 Porsche 993 and after calling a few mechanics it was clear to see that most of them were just looking to make a quick buck. I’m so glad I called German Auto Care and spoke with John! I took the car there and we spent an hour looking over the car. John and George then took care of everything for me, got the work done AHEAD of schedule and the pricing was very fair! I highly recommend German Auto Care! Honest, straightforward guys, you won’t be disappointed.

George is great to work with. I had a wiper malfunction in my Mercedes, and he diagnosed it quickly. I suspected it might be a stalk issue, and they confirmed it after keeping the car for a day to inspect it, source the part, and complete the repair. The price was about half of what the dealership quoted. Fair pricing and overall excellent service.

0n a 100 degree day my 2012 MB GL450's failing A/C system was no longer deniable and needed fixing. At 230pm I dropped by German Auto Care Inc. I described the condition was given a quote to diagnose the issue. I was happy that the car could be serviced right away. It was confirmed that the A/C compressor was bad. I ok'd the order of the new compressor and the repair cost. I left the car with German Auto Care Inc. with the expected pick up time the next day by 2 pm. Next day 1130 am I received a call that the A/C compressor repair was completed and the car was cold enough to need a sweater inside. It was 100 degrees again when I picked up the car. The nice and Cold Car. The agreed apon price was the final price. This was a smooth and stress free transaction and repair. I am grateful for the speed and professionalism of the shop for this repair. I will move this shop to the top of the list my Mercedes repairs.
