My tire popped in a car accident this morning, and I had my car towed here to replace it. The guy who was working on my car was clearly very drunk. I saw him chugging a bottle of vodka in the upstairs area accessible by a ladder. He was trying to give me drunken life advice instead of changing my tire, and it quickly turned into him touching me and grabbing my arms and rubbing me. He pointed out one of my tattoos and ranted for 25 minutes about how im going to hell because he thought the tattoo meant something that it didn't. Two hours later, I left the shop and my wheel alignment was messed up. Before bringing my car here, i'd hold the wheel straight and the car would drive straight. Now, I have to turn the wheel almost halfway to the left in order to make the car drive straight.

The technician Freddy worked so hard to repair my tires. He found the tiny leaking at valve stem.

Great tire shop great oil change great battery but don't know how to balance tires at all this is a second time I had a problem there with the tire balance

2 PM came in for front wheel alignment and was told everyone is at lunch. Waited 2 hours and watched them work on 3 other cars that came after me.
