Absolutely outstanding experience every time I come here. You can genuinely feel that this is a true family-run business that cares about people, not just cars. I’ve been coming here regularly for my tires and rims, and the level of professionalism and customer service is always top notch. Lisa has gone completely above and beyond helping me through my BMW insurance claim process. She has been patient, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. Insurance claims can be stressful, but she made the entire process feel smooth and handled with care. Juliana, one of the owner’s nieces, has also been absolutely terrific anytime I’ve had issues with my tires or wheels. She’s attentive, honest, and always makes sure everything is taken care of properly. The entire staff here is welcoming, professional, and truly takes pride in what they do. It’s rare nowadays to find a shop that combines genuine customer service, honesty, and strong family values like this place does. Perfect example of how a family-run automotive business should operate. Always happy to come back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and people who genuinely care. I can't say enough great things about Frank & Son Auto Repair shop! What stood out the most was their customer service. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. From the moment I walked in, Lisa and Dominic treated me with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. The shop was super clean and very organized. Finding a auto body shop you can trust is very rare these days, but this shop completely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back for all future maintenance and repairs. I'll also recommend them to everyone I know. Absolutely 10/10 experience!
View on GoogleA car scraped against my rear passenger door which left a minor dent and messed up my paint on my 2021 mazda cx-5. I was so depressed but Mazda dealership referred me to Frank and Sons Auto Body and i couldnt be happier !!! I didnt go through insurance and they only charged me $500 to fix the dent and repaint my entire door🥹 Zack was the one that helped me and he was so sweet! Answered all my questions which i had a lot of lol. When i picked up my car it was freshly washed and in perfect condition, you would've never known someone had been working on my car. Other shops r not as cautious and they leave the inside of ur car dirty just cause they were working on it. Turnaround was quick too, i dropped off on a Wednesday and it was ready by Saturday morning. As a young woman i get nervous getting anything done to my car cause i dont wanna get taken advantage of and i didnt feel like that at all here. Matter a fact, when i started pointing out other stuff to fix on my car, Zack told me he didnt want me to spend all of my money fixing little things that were insignificant. I really appreciated that cuz any other shop wouldve taken advantage and charged me every nickel and dime they could 😭. Im so happy with my before and after, my car looks perfect and they gave me water when i was getting a quote. They also gave me a keychain with their info when i left which i loved. The woman at the front desk was really nice. Im very happy with my experience and i plan on coming back to get some other work done that i want to do on my car. I absolutely recommend anyone to come, everyone was really nice and this is a very well run shop.
View on GoogleRecently, I had my car broken into… The lock popped out, damage to the car body for the thieves to then rip out the drivers airbag after cutting the wire etc…All in two minutes, gone… I took the car to Frank & Sons Auto Body and FYI …I could not have asked for a better shop and repair!! They have an enormous facility and they do it all! Even the insurance adjuster said to me he sees it is a very reputable shop and I shouldn’t be worried about my car being repaired there from his visit there to review my car. The attention to the issues at hand from the time of reaching the office, time with the staff, to them saying to me, not to have any worries we will take care of your car from the beginning to the end and they actually did!! 😊 The service and knowledge of the car repairs/parts installed, the paperwork, the body work and painting, and cleaning it up all before pick up… Their team does it all and I see are experts in their field and they did an exceptional job! I feel no one would be disappointed to take and receive repairs/work from this family Owned business!! I couldn’t have asked for more! I will always return to them with all/any of my car needs! They are so professional, understanding, kind, concerned, pleasant, and experienced in all they do and to the very end! Thank you all!! I recommend them and definitely give them a try with any of your car needs, you won’t want to go to any other shop!! View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this body shop due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and subpar workmanship. After waiting nearly two weeks for my vehicle, I received no proactive updates throughout the process. When I called for status updates, I was told—on two separate occasions—that the car was being reassembled. Upon pickup, the vehicle initially appeared fine, but it didn’t take long to notice several issues. The fender liner I provided for installation was not installed, which prompted a closer inspection. I then discovered that my tail lights were not functioning properly, and my fog lights only worked when using the turn signal. Additionally, the tail lights only had brake and signal functions working. I was told that the shop had simply unplugged and reconnected components, yet I later found a box of wiring harnesses with an invoice in my trunk. At no point was I informed that any wiring work was being done. This lack of transparency is concerning, and it felt as though the issue might have gone unaddressed had I not caught it myself. Because I rely on my vehicle for work, I had to wait about a week to address this issue, and ultimately had to take the car to another shop to have the electrical problem properly diagnosed and repaired. During that time, I was forced to leave early each day to avoid driving in the dark without properly functioning tail lights. Despite the safety concern, my issue did not appear to be taken seriously by this shop. In addition, the quality of the paintwork was below expectations. There was a visible smear across the bumper, and when I brought it to Lisa’s attention, the response was dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Several dings I had specifically requested to be repaired on both sides of the vehicle were also left unaddressed. When I picked up the car, there was also paint residue left on the windows and overspray on the mudflaps underneath the vehicle, which further reflects a lack of attention to detail. When I asked to speak with Junior, who completed my initial estimate, I was first told he was on vacation, and later told he had a family emergency. While I understand unforeseen circumstances happen, there was no effort to have another team member step in to assist or resolve my concerns. I have used this shop in the past without issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After paying over $5,000, I expected a much higher level of quality and service. The work performed does not reflect the amount paid, especially considering the number of issues that were overlooked. Additionally, a bottle of windshield washer fluid that was in my back seat went missing. While the item itself is inexpensive, it reflects a lack of respect for a customer’s property. I would have preferred to resolve this directly, but after multiple attempts and continued lack of resolution, I feel it’s important to share this experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both communication and quality moving forward. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
