This was my first visit, and I was very pleased. I came for my yearly NYS Vehicle Inspection, and mechanic Jaspal explained my rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I know he was truthful because I complained to my last two 'former' mechanics that my brakes weren't stopping properly. No one wanted to be bothered doing the work.. except Jaspal~! Bravo and thank you~! ..you have earned my loyalty.

They are massively overcharging for oil changes (almost double the shop we usually go to) and are constantly telling us we need to change our brakes when they've barely been used. We also started hearing noises from our front tire after returning, and when we got them checked at another shop, parts were completely detached.

The mechanic Jaspal taught me about my car and pointed out problems that other mechanics haven’t seen by just visually inspecting, went in for an oil change and came out with more knowledge on my car, absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a good mechanic

This mechanic is terrible and clueless. They ordered and installed a catalytic converter part for a Toyota Prius. I paid over $3,000. The part is not genuine and their workmanship is terrible because my car is making noise and still has a leak. I took my car back and explained the situation but they didn't care at all. If you value your car, your money, and your time, stay away from this place. I will be filing a complaint against this business.

@Thai Kaii, I am the service manager @ NorFrancisLewis Service the price you received for rack installation, as you stated, you are providing the part(s) is definitely within the realm with labor rate at $149/hr hopefully the young manager explained that, and an alignment should be done with rack replacement.(Possibly additional cost, unless the reassurance included that as well.) We do use shared software in regards to labor time, and it does reflect 4.2hrs on book time not including alignment. The labor rate increase does definitely affect all car owners, and how expensive the cost are. Its the same in every aspect of buying, wish we could negotiate prices on groceries or how costly going out to eat is. The young manager and I trained together at another location together for nearly a year, and I personally have over 25 years of automotive experience. I hope you can reach out and talk to him about your needs, as a person whom has researched their needs for vehicle, as a savvy shopper, hear him out. Customer service, goes both ways with customer understanding, feeling they got value for spending hard earned money. If you feel you weren't satisfied, ask questions why $? how much time? can it be done today? when is a good day? and let a manager answer them. Give them a chance to express themselves as professionals. We are all human, we aren't perfect, we have emotions, and again I wasn't there, give them another shot. If you felt you were done wrong, I do apologize for this long response, as we are also part of the same network of shops. Thanks for your time to read this response.
