The service is good but is not yet fixed yet I have to go back tomorrow

I went there because my toyota venza had a recall and Mr. Steven Bautista was and always will be my service advisor. Mr. Bautista told me in detail everything about my car, he is the best. I will definitely get all my services with him. Thank you Mr. Bautista.

Jhosue is a true professional who deserves maximum respect for his work. He’s attentive, efficient, and clearly dedicated to his customers. ​The entire team here is great, but it’s people like Jhosue who really elevate the experience and make you want to come back. Five stars of course.

All I can say is THANK YOU! 🥰 It starts from customer service with Alexandra and Brianna and even the general manager, I don’t remember her name. But it’s such a pleasure talking to them, so when my appointment came through. I was greeted by Alexis very pleasant. It is so nice when you go into a business and you are greeted with a great enthusiasm. Finally, Mr. Jose put in all the work that my vehicle needed and I was able to get my car back clean and serviced. Once again THANK YOU! Very clean and orderly. It was my first 6-month complimentary tune up. All was explained and I was kept up to date on when it would be ready. The reason for only 4 stars was they suggested I get an upper and lower engine cleaning. The car has only 4000 miles so I declined (and wasn’t pressured), but it lowered my trust being suggested so early in my ownership.
