I went there because my toyota venza had a recall and Mr. Steven Bautista was and always will be my service advisor. Mr. Bautista told me in detail everything about my car, he is the best. I will definitely get all my services with him. Thank you Mr. Bautista.

I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to the service team, and specifically to my service advisor, Jhosue Honoret. I’ve seen both good and bad service in my time, and I know exactly what a high standard looks like. Jhosue is a true professional who deserves maximum respect for his work. He’s attentive, efficient, and clearly dedicated to his customers. The entire team here is great, but it’s people like Jhosue who really elevate the experience and make you want to come back. Five stars of course.

All I can say is THANK YOU! 🥰 It starts from customer service with Alexandra and Brianna and even the general manager, I don’t remember her name. But it’s such a pleasure talking to them, so when my appointment came through. I was greeted by Alexis very pleasant. It is so nice when you go into a business and you are greeted with a great enthusiasm. Finally, Mr. Jose put in all the work that my vehicle needed and I was able to get my car back clean and serviced. Once again THANK YOU! Fordham Toyota Service DEPARTMENT FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I APPRECIATE YOU ALL 100 /10

Very clean and orderly. It was my first 6-month complimentary tune up. All was explained and I was kept up to date on when it would be ready. The reason for only 4 stars was they suggested I get an upper and lower engine cleaning. The car has only 4000 miles so I declined (and wasn’t pressured), but it lowered my trust being suggested so early in my ownership.
