Just came back from getting some solid tires on my hmax or fly 3. Quick install. Shop opened a little late. Gotta work on the Joy. Will be back.

Terrible Experience ❗Be Very Careful! I went to FLY E-BIKE on Westchester Ave to fix my bike. The prices they gave me were extremely high much more than what other shops charge. I later found out that another shop would have done the same repair for only $80, but here I was charged $250! It feels like they take advantage of customers who don’t know better. I strongly recommend that anyone get multiple quotes before agreeing to any repairs here. I regret going to this shop and want to warn others don’t make the same mistake I did.

I had an amazing experience at Fly E-Bike Store! Their customer service is truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect e-bike that matched my needs. They answered all my questions with great detail and made the entire process seamless. The team ensured I understood the features and even provided tips on maintenance and care. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. If you’re looking for a reliable store with excellent products and outstanding service, Fly E-Bike Store is the place to go. Highly recommended!

There used to be a guy that used to work there and he ran the whole store by himself. I bought a motorcycle from there and he helped me get it registered and insured. He also helped me with any problem i came to him with and If he didn't have the piece he would say "give me a day or two". But these new guys don't want to do anything. I went there 4 different times with 4 different (simple) problems and he said no to me each time without even physically checking to see what's the problem. Im never going back now because there's no point if they are always going to say no. Just lost a loyal customer.
