Stay away they take advantage and don't know what they're doing. Try charging me $100 for a used tire. Then scratch my rim on the inside because they didn't know how to work The machine to take the tire off of the rim correctly and on top of that, I just had my tires, balanced a week prior and in the process of them taking off my tire, they took off 2 of the balanceses and tryed to put it in this pocket. As if I didn't see him, then when I pointed it out, they want me to pay for a rebalance, stay away from them and on top of that, they only put 18 psi supposed to be 35. On my tire and thought I was gonna drive away like that. Make it make sense. And while I was still there, I had to take out my air machine to fill up a tire, they just put on while they're looking at me. Like, I'm crazy.

I did not have a good experience here and they seem to be very money hungry. I brought my car in this morning because my tire had a flat due to a nail that was in there. I tell him that and he decides to put air in my tire and tell me “it’s good”.. i tell him no there is a nail that needs to be removed.. he goes back and plugs it. He tells me “it’s good” again, i go out to check and you can literally still hear the air coming out of the tire. He continues to tell me the tire is good even with the air coming out and starts to tell me “ it’s $30”. I paid and left to go to another place where they told me the tire is no good and needs to be replaced. Waste of money and time. Probably did that to me because i wasn’t Spanish..
View on GoogleOn April 4, 2026, I went to this location. I had a flat tire that I needed to get checked before they started to do anything. The first thing I did was ask how much it was going to be, and I wasn’t given a direct answer, so I had to ask again. I said, “Listen, I want to know how much it is to fix the flat.” The first thing he started talking to me about was a new or used tire, and I said, “You don’t even know if I’m going to need a new tire or a used tire.” He told me if it’s a plug it would be $15, and if it’s a patch it would be $25. I said no problem. Upon checking the tire, I was going to need a new tire, so right away he started looking for a tire. I said, “Hold on, don’t look for a new tire. Tell me how much it’s going to be first.” He then spoke to the woman in charge, not sure if she’s the owner, and she said it depends on the tire. Normally when I go to a flat fix and it’s a reputable place, they know the prices of the tires the minute you tell them the size. I said no problem. They looked and looked, and then they came back to me saying that they don’t have that size but they try to sell me another one that was not the exact tire size I needed. A little feedback on my vehicle: I have a 2021 Toyota Highlander, all-wheel drive. You can’t put different size tires on an all-wheel-drive vehicle; it’s going to mess up the transmission. So I told him in Spanish (by the way, this is a Dominican-run location and I am Dominican) that you should never do that because you can end up having a customer mess up their vehicle. He tried to clean it up and say you can buy all four new tires but that's not really what he was trying to do, he was trying to sell me one tire. Then I laughed, looked at him, and told him, “Why would I change four tires that don’t need to be changed except for one? That makes no sense.” So the lady told me I had to go somewhere right away, and I proceeded to tell her that the same way I drove there, I could drive to another location. I then asked how much it would be. She told me it was going to be $15, and I said, “I didn’t even get a plug. How is it $15?” Normally when I go somewhere, if they check the tire they don’t even charge you, and I usually tip the guy about $10 for his troubles. Then she said, “Oh, let me show you why it’s $15.” I said, “Listen, take this $15. You will never see me here again.” If you can avoid going here, trust me, it’s not worth the hassle. I literally drove about eight minutes to Jerome Avenue & 204th Street — it might have even been less, maybe six minutes. They had the tire, they gave me a better price, and I was in and out. Elite Repair Shop was the name of the other shop.
