Gwen is an ANGEL i have taken several cars to flash auto over the years. I have never been dissatisfied with the service i have brought numerous friends and family to this establishment and everyone has been happy ive been dealing with them for 10+ years what else is there to say??

Overpriced for work done.. Charged me which I realized after the fact was 220% for each part that was put in to my SUV. And took advantage of me.. and he didn't realize I was looking for reliable mechanics. And this is the reason why I have very few people I go to.. Once you go outside, you have to worry about other things that at the moment shouldn't be.. stay on your toes at all times, once they see you on your heels, things will come at you even harder and I got hit with a hay maker and couldn't see until I paid the price. And here is my story.. The mechanic knows what he is talking about.. with his experience also comes with subtle b.s. too. Ask for the receipt once he got you and you will see. I should give it one star for using aftermarket brand too China instead of USA. I will be back there if it fails within 6-12 months. Sorry Flash Auto Body.. your next door neighbor affected your ratings.
