Five J’s Automative does excellent work! My car was in a collision and it looks brand new! The warranty of the work they do lasts for the life of the car as long as you are the owner. Johnny was extremely helpful as well as professional! Everything was explained in details. They also detailed the car for you. I would highly recommend Five J’s. The entire staff is helpful and friendly too. Way to go Five J’s ! Awesome job!!!!!

Recently, I hit a streak of bad luck...twice in just two weeks. I was honestly devastated and a little embarrassed to come back after just picking up my car three days prior! Insaneeee... I know..But Mike and Johnny immediately put me at ease. Both times, they were easy to work with, understanding, and their prices were reasonable. My car actually looks better than it did when I first bought it! I pray I wont need services again but if I do I wont hesitate to come back and if your reading this I assume you need some repairs. I suggest you put down the phone and pull up. You wont be disappointed!

Every single person I interacted with was beyond polite and helpful — from the wonderful front desk ladies, to the inspectors, the tow truck drivers, and the mechanics. You can truly tell this team works together and takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a business where *everyone* provides such a consistently pleasant experience. I even joked that they’re a one-stop shop because they helped coordinate my rental car pick-up and drop-off, making the whole process completely stress-free. On top of that, they went out of their way to help me troubleshoot an issue with a misplaced item — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway without hesitation. They truly went above and beyond in every way. My car looks fantastic, and the customer service was even better.
