I had the pleasure of using First Star Towing (Kroniccare Towing) recently, and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service. From the moment I called, their team was professional, prompt, and incredibly efficient. They answered my call quickly, and the tow truck arrived sooner than expected. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure my vehicle was handled with the utmost care throughout the entire process. They took the stress out of what could have been a very frustrating situation. Their attention to customer service and professionalism is unmatched. I highly recommend First Star Towing (Kroniccare Towing) to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance or towing services. Their service is top-notch, and they truly care about their customers. Thank you for being so dependable and efficient!

I can't thank First Star Towing enough for the incredible service they provided! I was stranded on the side of the road at 2 AM, feeling helpless after calling several other companies. Either no one picked up their phone, or the ones who did gave me outrageously inflated prices—completely trying to take advantage of my situation. Then I found First Star Towing, and it was like a saving grace. They answered right away, gave me a fair and reasonable price, and arrived quickly to help me. The driver was professional, kind, and made me feel safe in a stressful situation. If you’re ever in need of towing services, I highly recommend First Star Towing. They’re reliable, honest, and truly care about their customers—especially in those late-night emergencies. Thank you, First Star, for saving the day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

0 STARS!!!! Don’t even bother waiting your time with these people. The guy told me he will have a guy meet us in 30 mins. And an hr later, I contacted to see what was the eta, no response. So I waited a little bit more. 30 mins later I contacted again and no response. I waited another 30 mins and had someone else call and they picked up and when realizing it was me, they HUNG UP ON US! That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you can’t do a job, you say that. Don’t waist people’s time. AGAIN 0 STARS

I recently used Towing Services over here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I called, the staff was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The dispatcher provided an accurate ETA, and the tow truck arrived right on time.
