I'll share first impressions....I called based on great reviews here, because I woke to find a low/slow leaking tire on my car....when leaving for work early, natch. I call a bit before 8am, man answered, polite, I explained situation, asked questions including if I need appt (he said no), gave me range of cost for repair based on issue (subject to actual cause of leak), and I told him I'd try to get someone to bring my car in while I was at work. I'm trusting the experience will be as he described, but really good first impression. Will update.

Very disappointed... I went this morning to have my truck looked at, I called yesterday to let him know of the issues i was having and he said to bring in the truck tdy. He appeared to sound like a nice guy. I get there ( first thing at 8 am) and he waves his hat to me and tells me to move, so I did then he approached my truck (no Gm) said "how can I help you", i reminded him that we spoke yesterday and so I was here to see if he could figure out what the problem was. He says leave the truck, I said I can't leave the truck, I was hoping you can look at it now. He said no you can leave the truck and when I figure it out that's when you'll know... not acceptable...I don't know who he thought he was talking to but that was unprofessional and rude. Needless to say, I said have a good and left. Guess he didn't need or want my buisness.

I have lived just a few houses away from this shop for 8 years; not once have I been able to actually use their services. The first time I needed help, I had an emergency; a flat tire while leaving my house. They were open; I walked over; explained the urgency; and they still refused, saying I needed an appointment. A flat tire emergency. A few days ago, I needed a simple front tire balancing. I spoke directly to the main mechanic; he told me they do tire balancing but would not do mine. Same excuse; I needed an appointment and they were booked a week out. It is crazy that a shop located right here in the Bronx, surrounded by places that will patch a tire or balance one in 10 minutes, acts like they are too busy or too important for walk-ins; even for easy jobs. The impression they leave is they just do not want to work; they make everything harder than it should be. Businesses that treat new or local customers like they are a burden usually do not stay around too long. Good luck with that.

I took my Pathfinder in earlier this week for a quick service and was pleasantly impressed with the quality and speed of their work. Great customer service and welcoming vibe. I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work.

I needed to take my car to be serviced and I saw that these guys had good reviews. They definitely deserve it. Ralph and his team made the whole experience stress free. They were fast, professional, and honest. I will definitely bring my car back here again and again. They recommend that you make an appointment with them so they can plan for it.
