I had a great experience at Firestone for my state inspection. The team was friendly, professional, and had me in and out quickly. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with people who are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about providing great customer service. I would definitely recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

If I could give 0 stars I would….Dropped of 7 rims and and 5 tires to mount and balance for my e39. I specifically let the manager that was there on Friday evening that the two rims that had tires on them were going to be given to my son for his e39 the rims only as I needed the tires for my car. Saturday afternoon I showed up as they stated of the phone should be ready in about an hour. Look at the two wheels that were for my son and they were damaged on the lips. Let the manager know and he stated that’s how they came in. I let him know that I did not give him the 2 rims that were for my son like that. The manager stated his wheel mounting machine would not cause that damage then proceeded to ask me how much was I paying for the service then asked me how much I paid to get me 5 wheels refinished that they were working on. The manager ask me what would he want me to do. I told him you should know you’re the manager at this place. He proceeded to tell me he knew this was going to happen . I replied if that was the case you should have never providing me with the service and I could have gone else where. Let the manager know I have pictures and a video of wheels and if he wanted to see it he said no.Was told by some one at the place that Firestone is not the best place to have the wheel I have installed. If I would have known that I would have gone elsewhere. They also damaged the inner barrels of my refinished powered coated wheel. Aluminum wheels will start corroding if the finsh is compromised. I didn’t let the manager know as I was upset and just wanted to get my wheels a leave the shop. Pictures speak for themselves. The last two pictures are of the 2 wheels in perfect condition before they damaged them that were going to be given to my son. I have been a customer at Firestone since the late 90s but now will go elsewhere for my automotive needs….

Today was not the best of days. My tire had a bubble and I needed to get a replacement as soon as possible. I called Firestone on hyland and spoke with the manager Guido. He was very professional. Friendly and extensively knowledgeable on all product uses and services and answered all of my questions. And offered me education on how to better maintain and service my car. This was an amazing experience compared to negative ones i havd at other car service locations. I was able to get a new tire and qualify for a credit card. I will definitely be returning soon for future project. 5 star service all around!

MEL was very courteous and professional. HE helped me choose the right tires for both my trucks. The whole crew is great ,especially Cesear and Leo.I always recommend to anyone who needs service or tires to go there.

I am writing this to warn other drivers about Firestone on Hylan Blvd after a horrific experience on June 13, 2026. I brought my car in because my check engine light was on, and I wanted a diagnostic to know what was causing it, as well as a headlight replacement. They provided me with a comprehensive, itemized written report detailing the cause of the light and various other potential issues they found for future service. Crucially, nowhere on this official document did they note any issues with my brakes.When they presented these optional upsells, I simply told them I would think about it. However, the moment I went to my vehicle, I discovered the brake pedal collapsed completely to the floorboard, leaving the vehicle with absolutely zero braking power.When I confronted the staff about this sudden, life threatening failure, they claimed they thought I knew about it, directly contradicting their own written diagnostic report. The fact that they omitted any brake faults on their own multi point report proves this catastrophic hydraulic damage occurred exclusively while the vehicle was in their custody.To make matters worse, when I demanded to speak to a manager to resolve this safety emergency, the employee on duty flatly refused to contact management, stating the manager was at home relaxing with his family. They offered no assistance or investigation, choosing instead to pressure me into an immediate, expensive brake repair. Because they rendered my vehicle completely undriveable and unsafe, I was forced to pay out of pocket for an emergency tow truck just to safely extract my property from their lot. This is a dangerous, predatory business practice. Avoid this location at all costs for your own safety.
