This was the best experience dealing with a mechanic shop that I've ever had. From the moment I drove up on the lot I was treated like everything was going to be alright. The staff was professional and polite. Every step of the process was explained to me clearly. Kyrell walked me through the insurance process, to make sure I got the best deal possible. I will, definitely, recommend this Firestone to all my friends and family.
View on GoogleI had an amazing experience at Firestone thanks to Sean and Martez! Both were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest and dependable people in auto repair, and these two truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend asking for Sean and Martez if you want top-notch service. 10/10 experience!
View on GoogleThis place is very safe and competent when it comes to your car. The staff's courtesy is highly professional, but the manager's courtesy to Kyrell is truly exceptional; he explains exactly what your car needs in great detail. I have been a customer for three years, and the manager's professionalism is top-notch. So, if you are looking for a place that offers that level of courtesy and professionalism, come to this branch. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleExcellent service! The mechanics Kyrell, Martez, Sean, and Sanjay are very professional, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain the problem, how they’ll fix it and pricing. I really appreciate the honest and friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics!
View on GoogleAfter several frustrating experiences with other tire shops—appointments, orders not arriving, and wasted time—I was ready to give up. Then I went to Firestone, and everything changed. The Manager Kyrell was polite, welcoming, and professional, with a great attitude that made me feel comfortable right away. My 2:00 PM appointment started on time, and the service was efficient. The estimated pickup time was accurate, and everything was explained clearly in simple terms. As a woman, it’s important for me to feel respected and not taken advantage of, and this experience was very positive. I didn’t meet the rest of the staff, but it’s clear there’s good management and leadership in place. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.
