I got hit this past week and took my car to Jose. He’s been helping out family and friends for years. My car looks like new now and everything got taken care in about 3-4 days. We’ve sent family friends to Jose and he’s always been more affordable than shops in our areas.
View on GoogleOn christmas eve my car was hit and needed a repair. It was proving hard to find places with consistent openings throughout the week but Jose pulled through as a majorly reliable help! Whether it was getting the parts, working with the other drivers insurance, or getting us a rental - he was AWESOME 10/10 would use again. He was in touch with us throughout and made everything so easy
View on GoogleFieldston Automotive did a great job on my car. The owner Jose is very attentive, knowledgeable and provides a lot of information so you feel you are in good hands. The work was done in a few days and the workmanship/quality was outstanding. My car looks brand new! The pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend.
View on GoogleI had a fantastic experience with this local auto repair shop after being rear-ended, and I’m so grateful I found them. From the start, José was incredibly understanding and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. His knowledge and expertise gave me so much peace of mind, and he kept everything straightforward, no upselling or unnecessary charges, just honest work. The repairs were done quickly, and my car looked good as new when I picked it up. The whole process was seamless, and the team’s professionalism and dedication really stood out. I highly recommend José and his team for anyone looking for honest, high-quality repairs.
View on GoogleI've been a customer and a local resident for over 20 years. I have gone to Fieldston Automotive for all my automotive needs since my first car over 20 years. Jose is the "Ladies Mechanic". He is the go-to for women. He has taken care of mine and my women friends with unquestionable sincerity and undeniable trustworthiness. Jose, who is one of the oldest family-businesses in our neighborhood cares about his customers and many people are not expecting that kind of service and for that reason, question his motives. I have had the pleasure of having benefitted from his help more times than I can count. This is a small business worthy of our neighborhood support!
