Extremely grateful for the Fashion Auto Body team! my truck was involved in a car accident & the damage was very upsetting. But Jojo & the team took great care of it. Jojo is the best! She was very helpful she is kept me updated with the process. I am so happy with the results. Truck looks brand new!! The team even cleaned the inside of the car. Outstanding service definitely 10/10!!

I can't say enough about my experience with Fashion Auto Body. I got lucky reading reviews and picked this shop. Johanna and her crew were nothing short of elite and exceeded my expectations by far. They helped me with the entire process from filing the claim to getting a rental car and giving me a ride back to my job. They were kind and friendly and the customer service was incredible. After the adjuster was done, they just immediately fixed the car. The process was seamless and was finished way before I expected. Really quick. I was blown away by the finished product. My car looked brand new and they detailed the entire car down to the engine as well. I can't recommend this shop enough. If you get into a car accident, I would bring my car here every time. This place is amazing! From the time they picked up my car in Manhattan and dropped her off - my mind was at ease. But I was totally blown away when they dropped off the car - she looked like new!! The owner personally picked her up and dropped her off. And JoJo was amazing - every time I called she knew who I was and knew exactly the status of the repairs!!
