Just like another place. I wasn't told by the woman at the front desk about a wait time for inspection. Luckily I went to Nissan (my vehicle brand) and got it serviced there in minutes. It's not good to waste someone's time and have them come there then tell them it's a wait when it should be told over the phone. I'm just saying!
View on GoogleIf you need some small repair like a glass or window or bonet fixed this is the place to go. I payed around 2500$ to get a gas tank replaced only to need a new gas tank less than 2 years later. Payed around 1000$ to get a blenddoor actuator replaced only to need th re exact same repair a year later. So are they just taking the money and not fixing the car? I dunno. Nvm all the issues my car magically had after taking it here and the mess of my wires from getting a radio installed. Took it back multiple times until it was like Ok nvm. Since I have to pay for everything they did here to be done again by the dealership then that 3500$+ is down the drain for no reason.
View on GoogleVery friendly service, Remarkably respectful and efficient employees. They replaced my passenger side window while I waited in significantly less time than they had quoted us.
