Scheduled a reservation for a hourly driver for a specific time , I was promised a driver , and driver cancelled no one bothered to call me and reschedule another one for me they just placed me on hold and never came back to the line very disappointed and very irresponsible from this car service wish I can rate 0 stars

I was searching for a cab for almost 2 hours uber was trying to charge extremely higher prices then average because they were in high demand smh but I was not going to pay almost $75 for a trip that I only pay $25 tops every morning in no traffic! So light 💡 Family I called they answered and 2 min later I had a cab 😁 it was awesome I was 1 & 30 min late to work because of my situation 😅 but everything worked out!! & the driver was so pleasant! Thank u Family car service!

This company is horrible! Whenever you call them they always say 5 minutes and a taxi never comes. After multiple calls speaking with 3 different people I still can never seem to get a taxi. There's an older gentlemen who's favorite line is because I wasn't downstairs the taxi left. This is a lie because I'm always downstairs and if I'm not I ALWAYS ask them to text or call me which I never get either one. It's very frustrating and I will no longer be calling this company for any services.

Never use this place! Left us stranded in Ardsley at midnight. We made the reservation in the afternoon with a credit card, we live on UWS and needed a ride from a party - they warned us they would charge us if we were not there. They never came! When we finally reached them they said they had no car and hung up on us.

I have never had a bad experience with this company. I have been using them for years. They always tell me the cost upfront. No complaints 😉
