Mohamed the manager is a nice young man, very cheerful and chatty and down to earth, But at the same time he promises you everything (like a top salesman) and all the questions and concerns you have he brushes off, by telling you how great he and the shop is and how he and his mechanic Luis have been there for so long, and you shouldn’t worry because “we got you” “no worries bro” “high five” and so on, but in the end he does not come through at all, while producing the best excuses for everything... On top of that he gives you one price on the phone, another price when you come down, and an even higher price when you are about to pay, all while having a nice smile and making up perfect excuses which you can’t really argue with, but deep down you know you’re being betrayed and manipulated... not to mention they don’t accept any credit cards even for a higher fee, if you’re short on cash they will hold your car and make you walk to an ATM/Bank.

Do Not Bring Your Car Here! This place is terrible. They will promise you everything under the sun. Then when they say the car is ready, everything they promised you is NOT DONE and the car is filthy. Please save yourself the headache. I was desperate and foolsih and they took advange and OVER CHARGED ME! I Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this shop. I wish someone told me this ahead of time. Dealing with this crocked father - Son duo made my 2020 even WORST!

Sayyed & Luis are the only guys I work with. I lived in Brooklyn and was quoted $1800 for a repair on a control arm repair in Park Slope and Sayyed got it done for me for $600 flat- no “oh it might cost more when I open it” kinda talk. Wow… is all I can say. These people are honestly the best of the best. They treat all there costumers like family. It’s a very safe environment when dealing with them. They are also very reasonable and fair on the prices. Highly recommend them!!!
