EXPRESSWAY COLLISION & AUTO REPAIR

Got into an accident about two weeks ago. And i honestly accidentally pulled into this lot. I was sent to the shop next door with my insurance. However they were so nice to me when I walked in I just told myself oh well. Guess it’s ment to be. This had to be the best most seamless service I Ever could imagine after getting into an accident. The shop did everything for me, drove me to the rent a car, got the insurance agent, fixed my car. My car looks brand new, even better looking than it looked before my accident. The whole shop was kind and had a smile the whole time. The shop even drove me to the Rent-a-car so I don’t have to sit in the shop and wait for them. Even today when I picked up my car the random maintenance guy who I walked past made sure to stop what he was doing and say hello. I hope to never have to go to this place again but if I do ever get in an accident I am most definitely coming here!

5 stars A+A+A+A+A+ super fast repair , Lisa front desk set everthing up handled everthing from dealing with geico rep to setting up rental. 2 visits to shop 1 for geico rep for assessment of damage then was called and told to bring car back when parts were in. Dropped car of Sat for convenience (shop closes noon sat ,sun shop closed ) was taken to rental, Tues afternoon got call from Danny shop wizard come get car all repairs completed (rear bumper and side panel). Brought rental back to expressway collision they would return rental for me Car repaired like new , Cleaned and looked great (all ugly salt and dirt from snow storm gone) Thank you all for your professionalism, Great shop great experience

Great reference Also sold me on that suv Plus. Repair well As a driver. No liability issues. No stress locations Gotta get one of them one day. Also in the weather. It perfectly handled the weather I think later on that day. There was a earthquake Safety thing. To get the insurance coverage. Thank you. Brought my car here based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did! I usually get really anxious about dealing with car stuff, but Daniel put me at ease and was very professional. I like that he wasn’t trying to keep my car in the shop for more days than necessary, and in the end my car looks immaculate. Lisa was also incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with getting my claim processed, saving me time and energy in dealing with insurance people myself. I think they also washed my car! It was so much cleaner than how I dropped it off and the interior was vacuumed. They didn’t mention it but I noticed and really appreciated the touch!
