Express Wheel Alignment Tire Sales & Service.

Don't bother if your car is modified. I went for a 4-wheel alignment. Scheduled appointment over the phone after reading positive reviews online. Appointment was for 8am on a Saturday. Was asked to arrive 10 minutes early and I arrived around 745am. Upon arrival, the custodian eventually greeted me and told me, "no one starts until 8am." After waiting another 10 minutes, someone from back in the office poked his head around his desk to ask what he could do for me. Told him I had an 8am appointment for an alignment. Asked me to fill out a form, which I had already done. He very admittedly pointed to their $40 charge if your tires prevented them from doing an alignment. All good as these were brand new tires but was awkward nonetheless. He then told me they'd be with me once the guys get in around 8. Still not sure why I need to show up at 750. They pull my car in up on the lift and about 10 minutes later come in and say they can only adjust the toe. I ask why and they say it's cause I'm lowered. I've been lowered for 3 years and do alignments twice a year when switching from my summer wheels to my winter wheel setup and this is the first shop that has said they couldn't do it. Technically he said he could but he wouldn't because, "I would rub" which I 100% know not to be true. Instead of talking to me, he insisted it would rub and he didn't want to do it. I told him to take my car off the lift and I'll take it to a competent shop that knows what they're doing. A complete waste of time all around. I posted a pic of my "super low car" below. Also, this place is NOT called Express Wheel Alignment. There's some other name on the front which made it difficult to realize I was in the correct place, but that helpful custodian reassured me I was.

I went for new tires, balancing and alignment but then the brakes also needed to be changed immediately. Since the moment, I called both Tom and Paul walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. I am so grateful and thankful that I found them and I only live 10 min away. Even though I was there longer than I expected, I feel confident driving my car knowing everything is perfect all thanks to them and all of their workers as well. They even test drove my car to make sure everything was smooth, something no other shop has ever done. I will definitely not only recommend them but my husband and I will definitely be back for any future instances. If I could give them a higher rating I would but there’s only 5 stars. What a great shop, super friendly and knowledgable staff. They have a front waiting area where I was able to sit and work while waiting for my alignment. They kept me updated during the process and did a great job with my vehicle. This is now my "go to" spot for alignments. Super thanks to both Pauls for all their help getting me sorted.

Called and spoke to Paul, about getting a wheel alignment on both of my cars. Not only he took care of me, he basically made a few recommendations for both cars. Since then, this has been a one stop shop for me for both of my cars. They really give you there honest opinions, and don't push nothing on you. I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a shop for their cars. Have a bless day

I came here to get a front wheel alignment and had to wait 10min for assistance and about 2hrs for a 25min job but was forewarned ahead of time that the mechanics were going on their lunch break!. I came here because of their public reviews, state of the art alignment/balancing equipment, close proximity and Paul's stellar customer service skills. though I didn't get the lifetime warranty based on the fact that I needed the ball joints replaced as well as the track bar etc. etc. I was comfortable with the fact that the repair wouldn't last and my front end was now better off than when I arrived. I would possibly come back; I just hate waiting around.
